Kidd On Knicks: ‘Sky’s The Limit’ (Video)

HANG TIME HEADQUARTERS – Jeremy who?

If you let veteran Knicks point guard Jason Kidd tell it, the year after Linsanity could be the year for the Knicks. He would know, winning a title in Dallas two seasons ago and having played for two others earlier in his career while with the Nets.

Kidd sat down with KnicksNow.com and waxed poetic about Carmelo Anthony, Amar’e Stoudemire, Tyson Chandler and what’s in store for the Knicks this season:

  1. knicks are not much better than last year…kidd is not ready to lead again…chandler and kidd bring rings to the table but the rest of the squad is more about themselves…esp. melo…..

Can’t wait until the Knicks visit Houston and Linsanity just flies over the top of the MarshMelo for a power slam! Rumour is he as improved his vertical by 8 inches in the off season!

not happening. kidd was a good pickup but people are forgetting that melo and stat are only effective with the ball in their hands so i just can’t see them working well together. 1st round playoff team again I reckon.

He’s right. Tyson Chandler is a team player. But Carmello and Stoudamire are not deemed to be team players or even good defensive players. BUt they are EXCEPTIONAL offensive players. Chandler’s defense and Kidd’s ability to run an offense can do ALOT for this team.
