Statistics can not quantify everything, especially in the game of Basketball, where so many intangibles goes into it.

Yes that was last year and i have to admit he did had some good shots. But this year is a totaly different story. He sucks this year. I cant remember him having one good shot like in this top 10.

Look at all the games lakers have lost this year except one, to the Spurs. They weren’t even close. If lakers have had close ones like that this year and the last shot, you wouldn’t be saying that. You would call him terrible regardless of the outcome. You just don’t like KB. Granted he doesn’t do it like the past but the team is still winning. If the Lakers lose – he doesn’t shoot enough. If they win, he is a ball hog. If he doesn’t shoot enough, he is not taking advantage of the shooting opportunities. It never ends. BTW – have you even held a basketball in your hands – it is that round thing that bounces up and down and goes through the hoop by talented players. Oh that’s right, you haven’t watched them all. I understand they still have tickets to the ping pong games.

you can not compare Kobe’s clutch shots vs the others. BCOZ: 1) Everybody (including the opponent coach, players, staff etc) knows that the ball will be in Kobe’s hand in the clutch moment. So they put 2,3 full and the others half on Kobe already. So that’s the difficulty of Kobe’s clutch shot environment 2) Nobody from the Lakers are ready to take the clutch shot except Kobe. He always takes it challengingly, loves to do it, always wants to prove something. So coming to the rank 25 or whatever in clutch shots, majority of them were impossibles which were tried by Kobe. If Kobe wanted to keep the rank high, He didn’t need to take those shots. Of course He doesn’t think about the rankings and stupid stuff like we/Stupid Jeff/stupid Shuman does. So over all, if you watch un-biasedly, and you watched NBA for long time, you would just feel it and your mind automatically tells. Statistics are BULL.

All you have to do is look at the 40 point games, the 50 point games, a couple 60 point games, a 70, and a 81 point game. He out scored the Mavs thru 3 quarters, and didnt play in the 4th. He could have scored 85+ in that game! If that doesn’t tell you how great this dude is on the court, than I just think you are a srious KOBE HATER!
