Now it’s time for them to debate the Western Conference picks. We’ll get the real things next week this time.

In the meantime, here they go:

I have to agree with RAY finally someone with sense. I have been of the last decade trying to get people to understand all what RAY had to say. It all comes down to the best teams and the fan favorites again the best teams to select your honest all-start team. I think big market areas that have a great fan base will bring in more votes for there host city player and a travesty is just this Yao Ming who haven’t played an honest amount of game to include the sit out of last year is still on the ballot that part is the league fault for doing so which in the end hurts a play that is well deserving of a look the opportunity to be recognized. One other person I must agree with is HAMZ Rudy Gay since coming in the league has been a monster for the Grizzles and proves it day in and day out with going up against the best in the WEST and he still doesn’t get the nod which is unreal, then there “LA” Lamarcus Aldrige without question should be the first name Call when the Reserves are announced. Now on to the list:

    My picks

    Kevin Love (Yao Ming) replacement

    1. Lamarcus Aldrige
    2. Manu
    3. Rudy Gay
    4. Monte Ellis
    5. Russell Westbrook
    6. Tyson Chandler
    7. Zach Randolph, Lamar Odom, Dirk, and or Stephen Curry

Now as for as Pau Gasol, and Andrew Bynum one word Garbage they only show up win they are winning by huge margins if they are loosing the forget what their job is and that’s being a professional basketball player you have to tip your hat to Kobe for if it weren’t for him they would be out of a job and championship less. proofs in the statement look at all the players that left the team after they won to venture on there own, hmmmm last I check only to are employed only because the New Jersey Net team is rebuilding and Farmar and Sasha are good fits for the moment all other cut bagging groceries probably in their home state.

Truth be told the best teams should be well represented, anyone mediocre player on a horrible team can put up numbers especially in cases where they put up 20 plus shots a night but yet avg 20 pts a game. Here’s a qucik analogy for yall, in the nfl the best teams get the most representation for example the jets, pats, falcons, and bears are all well represented so why wouldn’t that be the same in the nba. The year the Pistons went 60 plus wins and made the finals they had 4 guys go and there was a big contraversy because Tayshaun Prince who was the 5th Piston didn’t make the all-star team, the spurs should have 3 Tony, Manu, Tim, the mavs should have Dirk, the lakers should have Pau and the thunder should have Westbrook alongside KD, and for the final spot give it to the player who’s carried his team the whole season with pretty much no help and still kept them in the playoff hunt which is Lamarcus Aldrige or Deren Williams.

  4. Mohammed says:

Guards – Steve Nash, Deron Williams, Chauncey Billups

Forwards – Blake Griffin, Tim Duncan, Dirk Nowitzki

    Center – Kevin Love

    And Nash should replace Paul

  5. sd says:

bynum 4 YAO (Y U HAVE SUB IN CAUSE FANS VOTE 4 INJURED PLAYS IDK) forwards gasol odom (ver player good yr deserves to b there ver great 4 thiis game if he makes it have a big game can play 3 positions) griffin love guards williams ginobli westbrook

  6. Guards
    Ellis
    Westbrook
    Ginobili

    Forwards
    Griffin
    K Love
    Nowitzki

    Center
    Pau or Tim

Nash williams LA is also deserving

  7. Justin says:

    K. Love
    LaMarcus Aldridge
    Pau Gasol
    Tony Parker
    Manu Ginobli
    Steve Nash

Tim Duncan is great but LaMarcus has carried Portland through tough games and put up 30+ pt games and is averaging 24+ points with like 8 or 9 rebounds a game. Duncan with 13 PPG. Barkley is right. Aldridge or Pau should replace Yao for C. Westbrook doesn’t deserve a spot in there because he gets bailed out from refs so he gets 10+ FT a game so he gets half his points there. Steve Nash and gotten 10+ assists like every night with not a great team.

  8. Hamz says:

    Monta Ellis
    Blake Griffin
    Lamarcus Aldridge
    Dirk Nowitzki
    Deron Williams
    Manu Ginobili
    Steve Nash
    Russell Westbrook

Dwest, Rudy Gay also deserve to..they should just send some people from the West to the East.. the West is just too stacked.

  9. darwin says:

    manu ginobili,westbrook,nowitzki,pau gasol,bynum,deron willams

  15. Billy says:

    GINOBLI
    PARKER
    GRIFFIN
    WESTBROOK
    LOVE
    ODUM
    ELLIS

    • mavs-fan says:

DId you seriously put Odom instead of Nowitzki when Dirk let the mavs to one of their best starts in franchise history, was on top of MVP rankings for almost a month, and Odom is not even a starter…. seriously? lol

  16. Drake says:

First off, the fact that Yao Ming was even voted onto the all star team is an absolute travesty. It’s a joke. Fans should be ashamed.

Next, here are the people who deserve to be voted on as all star reserves. Key word: deserve.

    DWill/Westbrook/Ginobili/Nowitzki
Blake, Kevin Love, Gasol, Monta Ellis

Unfortunately, Rick Carlisle – as head of the committee for coaches deciding on all star reserves – has already told us pretty blatantly that Tim Duncan will be voted onto the list, and it’s really unfortunate because he’s going to end up essentially stealing Monta’s rightly deserved spot.

  17. ME says:

    PAU- for Yao

    1Blake
    2Love
    3Dirk
    4Gino
    5MEllis
    6Wbrook
    7Deron

Lemarcus,Zbo,Gay,Kmartin, and Nash are all deserving

    • Anonymous says:

Props to you for being the first person I’ve seen to say Nash is deserving. Nash and Hill are the only consistent players on the Suns this year, I hope one of them is a reserve.

  18. Denis Russia says:

    Guards:
Manu Ginobili, Deron Williams, Russell Westbrook
    Forwards:
Dirk Nowitzki, Blake Griffin, LaMarcus Aldridge, Kevin Love

I think Pau Gasol replace Yao in starting lineups.
